Into Workspace

What Workspace takes from Fortnox

  • Chart of accounts

The accounts as they are set up in Fortnox.

  • Financial years

The years the ledger is divided into.

  • VAT codes

The VAT codes, so amounts are read correctly.

  • Customers

The customer register, tied to the rest of Workspace.

Read-only: Workspace never writes to Fortnox.

How Fortnox is connected

  1. Pick the system

Under Integrations in Workspace, with the fields Fortnox needs.

  2. Sign in with Fortnox

Approve access in Fortnox's own sign-in window. The keys Workspace gets back are kept in a vault, never in the database.

  3. First sync

The history is mirrored in, and from then on a sync job of its own keeps it current. A stop shows on Sync health before it shows in the numbers.
